The permalink to each Wordpress post is based on the title of the post. So if you used a bad title like ‘Test post number 1", your permalink will be something like "http://www.domain.com/2007/10/03/test-post-number-1/"

But then when you change the post title to the actual title, your permalink still stays the same. To change or rename your post permalink, simply edit your post, click on the Post Slug section and edit the post permalink there.
