If I try to open the blocked sites using proxy, will I get caught? Is it punishable to try proxy and watch the blocked sites which are banned in a country?
Most times it is illegal. If they block the site, there is a reason why they did. If you get caught you could be punished for accessing the forbidden site AND punished for circumventing the restrictive measures that they put in place.
