Is It Illegal If I Use Proxy Sites To Unblock The Websites Blocked By The Government Of A Country?

If I try to open the blocked sites using proxy, will I get caught? Is it punishable to try proxy and watch the blocked sites which are banned in a country?

Most times it is illegal. If they block the site, there is a reason why they did. If you get caught you could be punished for accessing the forbidden site AND punished for circumventing the restrictive measures that they put in place.
Proxies are very risky. Loads of them are full of viruses that end up on your computer. Many are not even encrypted. The bottom line is that your risk is great of being caught and also of getting your computer hacked.
VPN’s are used by business for legitimate reasons all the time. VPN traffic is encrypted so nobody in your country can see what you are doing. All they see is an encrypted connection and since there are a hundred legal and legitimate reasons to have an encrypted connection there is no reason for suspicion. You could be checking your financials for all they know.
Fear Not!! Even if it is not legal , u will not get caught .
