I want low buying fees and low or no reinvesting fees, so which online site has the best program? I have $25 to $50 a month to invest and want to make the most of it without a lot of fees eating it up.

You could enroll in the Sharebuilder “BASIC” automatic investment plan.
NO minimum account balance requirement.
NO subscription fee for the “BASIC” plan.
$4.00 commission to buy stock using the plan.
The plan is a dollar based system for investing so you can purchase fractional shares.
Example: $50.00 might get you 4.50 shares of stock (depending upon the per share price at time of purchase).
Note: You can only buy stock on Tuesdays using the plan.
Real time trading commission fee is $9.95.
Scottrade.
NO account maintenance, service, or inactivity fees.
$500.00 minimum to open an account.
$7.00 online trading commission for stock over $1.00 a share.
If you want the lowest commissions/fees, I would recommend Scottrade. Their commission for stocks is $7/trade. However, to open an account, you have to make an initial deposit of at least $500. However, there is no minimum balance requirement. If you have $500 to invest, then I would recommend Scottrade. For the money you pay for trades, the services are excellent.
If you cannot make an initial deposit of at least $500, then I would recommend Sharebuilder. Their fee is $9.95/trade and offer good services. You can open an account with any amount and there is no minimum balance requirement.
you can use ur personal online banking to buy stocks.
