Not too sure how to do it. I checked out scotttrade & etrade. Can someone help guide me?

If you are a US Citizen then you need to provide them with the following information.
* U.S. Permanent Residential Address
* Date of birth
* Social Security number or Tax ID number
* Employer name and address
