Looking For Online Discount Stock Brokers & Free Info For Foreign Stocks?

I am interested in some foreign stocks that do not have ADRs (American Depository Receipt) available in US. Most brokers do not handle trades of foreign / global stocks. Meanwhile, the free information of foreign stocks is quite limited. Please advise some online discount stock brokers that do handle trades of foreign stocks (more than Canadian stocks), as well as free resources for financial statements of foreign stocks.

I don’t know if you consider it a discount broker but Charles Schwab handles foreign stocks on other exchanges. I was interested in buying some stock on an Asian exchange and they were willing to buy it for me (I think I spoke to someone at the International Desk or somesuch-named department). The trouble is, you have to buy in large lots, or for a certain minimum, which I was not willing to do.
For a discount broker, it’s not worth the trouble of handling ADRs paper works. Look for full service brokerage …

Well, i believe you should join a group which can offer you platforms plus technical advisory. Because its hard to scratch your own mind in stocks where you dont have much of knowledge.
