    You have two choice:
-You can buy a unregistred domain name in a registrar.
-Or buy it from someone directly. There is many site who provide this service like this one for exemple: http://www.thednforum.com

    You must pay yearly.
Don’t trust any cheap service, many of them don’t allow you to have full control on your domain name. If you’re going to buy domain names, http://www.goldpuma.com is the lowest cost service which is full-featured and really works for you ($9.99 /year). They offer free extras with every domain name:
    Quick Blogcast
    Hosting with Web site builder
    Personalized Email Account
Starter Web Page For Sale/ Parked Page
    Domain Forwarding
    Domain Masking
    100-Pack Email Forwarding
    Total DNS Control
    Change of Registration
    Status Alerts
    Domain Locking

    Good Luck!

Yes you can create your own. It is a matter of typing what you want in the search box on the domain site to see if it is available to buy.
Obviously many good names are already taken.
The domain is yours for good as long as you renew it every year.
So yes there is an annual renewal fee.
Best domain extensions are .com .net .co.uk International domains
or if you want country specific e.g. UK go for .co.uk.
Avoid .info .me etc if you wish to trade with business owners.
    Try name cheap below
    Hope that helps

There are thousands of places to buy a domain name. Do a google on “domain registrar” and you’ll get a shopping list of companies.
Buying a domain IS creating one. You search for the one you want to see if it’s available.
You pay an annual fee to keep a domain name registered.

  • Unfortunately, sometimes those harmless-looking, perfectly-named domains may have a checkered past. Before picking up a domain name that may be banned or blocked due to previously delivering malware, trojans, or porn, you need to do a background check.

We’ve set up a free Domain Background Check cheat sheet at http://siteriver.com/domaintest.php – just enter the domain name you are researching and we generate 14 links to domain check, anti-malware, and other tools to quickly check if your domain name is ready for business or is still on parole.
