There are a lot of discount brokers that offer online management tool. I personally uses TD Ameritrade which charge $9.99 per trade. You can also try Charles Schwab, Zecco, or TradeKing. TradeKing only costs $4.95 per trade and Zecco is free (I believe for the first 10 trade, but you have to have enough money in there).
For more information about TradeKing and Zecco:
* TradeKing - http://directory.moolanomy.com/123/trade...
* Zecco - http://directory.moolanomy.com/125/zecco...
Here are links to Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade:

There are many sites online that allow you to buy and trade stocks. You must be aware that you will be paying a fee when you sell your stocks, no matter what site you use. Also, if you happen to make any money trading, you will have to include these earnings as capital gains for your income taxes. Also, you should really have training to be a day trader. Only a portion of the best of the best investors succeed as day traders. If you really want to be on top of your game, you could invest in something stable and call it a Roth IRA and let it sit until retirement. Exponential growth of more than 50 years is enormous!
I am sure you have heard of the tale of tricking your parents into giving you a penny on day 1 and doubling their payment every day for 30 days... and you end up with something like $10.7 million. Well, if you keep going for 50 days, the difference between 30 days and 50 days is $11.2 TRILLION... Now, your investment won't grow at 100% every year, but it just shows how much time effects exponential growth.

i am using sogotade. Personally, I think Sogotrade is best among all online brokerages. You can get a lot of free trades: about 100 free trades with 500 minimum deposits. It has very good customer services, it also has live help, and you can chat with representatives about any question. After that, only 3 dollar for each trade, pretty sweet when compared with other online brokerages.

I use Scottrade, be careful because you can get into a lot of trouble right now if you buy stocks such as GM and then they file bankruptcy.
