You can buy stock online thru any online brokerage. However, you will need to deposit funds prior to opening the account and you will not be allowed to buy more than you have funds available.
Sign up at etrade.com , if you have cash to fund your account to buy sell stocks, etf’s then no credit check necessary. If you want to use margin money then credit check would be required not otherwise.
