I have two favorites—Fidelity.com and E*Trade. Depending upon how much you have to invest, the commissions differ. My experience has been that both of these execute trades lightning-fast and are extremely reliable. They both have real-time streaming quotes for clients, as well.
if the transaction is huge value – on line trading (where transaction cost is less) will be beneficial. you have excellent experience in day trading – otherwise on line trading is not advisable for small investor/trader.
Almost all on line trading sites (check for scam through scam test certificate) are equal to peers.
for small traders stock brokers (with physical contacts) will help you. they have flexibility – they assist you with low margin, share their latest tips, and many more ways. The transaction cost here is slightly higher.
