I use Scottrade and consider foreign companies listed or ADRs for foreign companies and American multinationals. (http://www.scottrade.com/)
If I were to broaden my scope beyond what Scottrade does, I would probably use Schwab first for enhanced global prospecting and trading: (http://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/inve…

There are dozens of them. Do a web search for online stockbrokers and choose one. Most of them have access to global stocks.
Needless to say, you probably own the stocks registered on the street. If that is the case then you can sell them through the broker you have at this time.
Open an account with the online broker and go from there. You can must transfer the stocks over the them. If you wish to purchase stocks then it is only limited to the funds available in your account.
