Is There Anywhere Online Where I Can Trade Stocks For A Very Small Fee?

I don’t have any experience and Im going to start out with a low investment of probably $500. Is there a place where I can still profit with the right trades instead of paying high comission fees and such? Is there a place that does not even require a minimum amount? Thanks
