THE best way to learn is to just jump in and do it! You are going to mess up and make mistakes. Buy some big name stocks and determine weather you are trading (short term goals) or investing (long term goals). If you are trading you will need at least 30,000 dollars. If you are investing you will only need 9.99 plus the cost of the stock. Very cheap. check out http://www.tdameritrade.com or http://www.etrade.com Good luck. Remember its a gamble sometimes you will make money sometimes you will lose.
Most of what you read online is a promotion for what they sell. It would be easier, and safer, to borrow books from the library. A large library should keep you reading for awhile. Each different book will promote the author’s “system” and there are hundreds of them.
When you believe you have enough knowledge and are ready to take the gamble start by paper trading. If you come out ahead, after about 3 months, then take the dive. But do not use the funds needed for the necessary items for living.
